The LED lighting is a nice feature. The bins for storage inside include a third shelf that can be folded down to store large items. The drawers come with temperature controls so you can set them for Beverage, Meat or Deli settings. The drawers are simple to shut and open however I found the textured plastic coatings to be a bit rough on my fingers.
The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator comes with all the features you would expect from a refrigerator within this price range. This includes Wi-Fi, app support and GE's SmartHQ Software. The app is compatible with iOS and Android devices and lets you manage your refrigerator from anywhere around the world. It also offers a lot of customization options. It will also send notifications when the door is left unlocked as well as when the freezer or fridge needs to be defrosted, and when the filter has to be changed.
It is nice if the GE PYE22PYNFS had Precise Fill which is an option that is available in a few other GE refrigerators that allows you to preset how many cups of water you'd like to disperse simultaneously. It does have a countdown feature on the display of the fridge to show how much water you have remaining, but that's not as helpful as Precise fill.

One of the nice aspects of this refrigerator is that its ice maker is in the freezer, making it easy to move the ice to the refrigerator to use as needed. The freezer is designed with thoughtful elements, for instance, sliding drawers to help you better organize the placement of your items. It also has a large bin that holds plenty of frozen food items as well as an additional ice storage bin.
